For listed companies
Hear from your shareholders. Answer from the record.
Diolog brings shareholder questions from email, your portal and the investor app into one governed inbox, drafts each reply from what you have already disclosed, and keeps a person in charge of every word.
How Diolog works for your team
- 1
Connect your inbox and record
Outlook or Gmail, your ASX announcements and the documents you choose. Most teams are set up in a day.
- 2
Iris drafts and checks
Every question gets a sourced reply, and every draft is checked against what you have already said.
- 3
A person approves
Nothing reaches an investor or the market until someone on your team signs it off.
What listed companies use Diolog for.
One governed record behind every reply, check and draft.
- Figures and statements are marked against your earlier announcements, reports and the listing rules while the draft is still yours to change.
- Questions from email, the portal and the app arrive with a reply drafted from what you have already said, with the source beside it.
- Point a workflow at the whole inbox. Similar questions are grouped, one answer is personalised for each investor, and you review one queue.
- Everyone reviews the same draft against the same record, and each sign-off is recorded against the person who gave it.
Northfield Resources today reported FY26 revenue of $1,284M, up 12%, consistent with guidance.
The Board expects significant improvement in H2 margins.
Net cash at 30 June was $186.3M.
Hi Priya, thanks for your question. The Board's policy is to frank dividends to the extent franking credits are available1. Any decision on the next dividend will be announced to the ASX first.

Does Diolog send anything without our approval?
No. Every reply, announcement and FAQ answer is a draft until a person on your team approves it, and the approval is recorded.
Where do the answers come from?
Only from the sources you approve: your ASX announcements, reports, policies and saved decisions. When no source exists, Iris says so instead of guessing.
How do investors reach us?
By email as they do today, through your investor portal, and through the free Diolog investor app. All three arrive in one inbox.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Our customer agreement limits us and our providers to using your data, prompts and outputs only to provide the service Agreement 7.1.3, and your data is stored in Australia Agreement 7.3.4.
Do we have to replace our investor centre or CRM?
No. Keep the website, registry and CRM you have. Diolog is where replies, checks and drafts are prepared and approved before they reach them.
Can our IT team review it first?
Yes. Request the security pack from the Trust centre. It covers certificate scope, providers, data locations and access controls.
How long does it take to set up?
Your ASX announcements load automatically. Connecting your inbox and choosing your documents usually takes under a day.
